The PMP 450v is Cambium's latest-generation 5 GHz PMP access point. It delivers improved SNR, more capacity per sector, and higher subscriber density than 450i and 450m, with full backward compatibility to existing 450 subscriber modules.

Can the PMP 450v replace a 450i or 450m in place?

Yes. The 450v is a drop-in mount and form-factor replacement for most existing PMP 450 sectors. Existing SMs, backhaul, and cnMaestro configuration carry over — most WISPs cut over in a single maintenance window.

Is the PMP 450v BEAD-eligible?

Yes. PMP 450v deployments meet BEAD 2.0 technical criteria for reliable broadband. Pair with cnHeat RF modeling and LINKPlanner outputs to satisfy BEAD cost-per-location and performance documentation.

What subscriber modules work with PMP 450v?
